The Karabakh Contact Group was devised as a way to bring together activists and analysts from across the Armenian-Azerbaijani divide to discuss the ‘Basic Principles’ and other peacebuilding ideas. The group produced several research reports in a ‘dialogue through research’ format.

‘Securing an Armenian-Azerbaijani agreement’, published in 2015, looks at mutual insecurity as a dominant factor in Armenian-Azerbaijani relations and how this can be addressed through an international peacekeeping operation.
