A report on the mechanisms of conflict transformation in Northern Ireland, produced by the comparative learning unit.
The comparative learning unit was a network of academics, political experts and civil society representatives, brought together by International Alert to analyse other conflicts and share the lessons relevant to the Nagorny Karabakh conflict. They produced three research reports.
‘Mechanisms of public participation and multi-track diplomacy: Lessons from Northern Ireland’ published in 2014, was a collaborative effort resulting from group visits to the Republic of Ireland, Belfast and London.
